What are your candles made from?
Our candles are handcrafted in small batches using natural beeswax, coconut oil, and carefully selected fragrance oils.
How long does processing take?
Because every order is made in small batches, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination. You will receive tracking information when your order is on its way.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt close to the edges of the container during the first burn. Never burn your candle unattended.

Why does my candle look different from another candle?
Our candles are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are normal. These little differences are part of what makes each candle unique.
Why does my candle have a white or frosted appearance?
Natural waxes can develop changes in appearance as they cool or are exposed to temperature changes. This does not necessarily affect how the candle burns.
Can I request a specific scent?
If you are looking for a particular fragrance or have a question about an upcoming scent, contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has entered production or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Are your candles safe for pets?
Candles should always be kept away from pets and never left burning unattended. Fragrance ingredients can also affect animals differently, so please use your best judgment and keep candles in an area your pets cannot access.
